The physical piece of jewelry must be claimed within 30 days of a user purchasing the NFT on OpenSea.

Once the physical jewelry has been claimed, the NFT cannot be resold. The user must sign an additional agreement regarding Gold&Roses's non-resale policy.

The physical piece of jewelry will be manufactured and delivered within 10 weeks of the user claiming the NFT.

Ring sizes: 11 to 15. Other sizes available upon request for an additional price.

There is no return policy.

Every user who purchases an NFT will become part of the exclusive Gold&Roses Members Club, which includes:

• Exclusive invitation to visit the Gold&Roses Atelier in Madrid and meet founders Sonia Ruiz and Hannah Rodríguez, who will offer a private presentation of the brand and jewelry collections.
• Early access and special pricing for future Gold&Roses NFT projects.
• Custom engraving on the purchased piece of jewelry from the NFT collection.

Ten percent of the total NFT price will go to an independent humanitarian and development organization promoting children's rights and equality for girls.

If an NFT holder sells their NFT before the jewelry is shipped, the jewelry will no longer be shipped to the customer and the order will be automatically canceled. Gold&Roses will not be held responsible.

Gold&Roses will not be liable for any losses resulting from or arising from delays in transaction processing, inability to execute transactions, or lack of timely response from Gold&Roses customer service.

You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to pay network or miner fees for a transaction to complete successfully. Insufficient network fees may cause a transaction to remain pending beyond Gold&Roses' control. Gold&Roses assumes no liability for delays or losses incurred as a result of an error in transaction initiation. Gold&Roses is under no obligation to assist in the repair of such transactions.

Gold&Roses will not assume any responsibility for damages or interruptions caused by computer viruses or other malicious codes that may affect your computer or other equipment, or by any attack by phishing , spoofing or other attacks.
