Thus, these Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions are applicable to the relationship between THE COMPANY and you (hereinafter, "THE CLIENT"), in terms of all transactions carried out on the website www.goldandroses.com (hereinafter “WEB OR ON-LINE STORE”).


The information or personal data that the CLIENT provides us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our PRIVACY POLICY.

By using this WEB page, the CLIENT consents to the processing of their data and states that they are true and correspond to reality. For this reason, it undertakes to:

  • Make use of this WEB page only to make legally valid queries or orders.

  • Do not make any false or fraudulent order. In the event of indications of falsehood or fraud, THE COMPANY is authorized to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. The products that THE COMPANY offers through its present WEB page are available to everyone except countries with war or political conflicts, countries with possible restrictions or legislation that prevent our purchase shipments. All orders of our products are subject to availability.   • When the order could not be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

The prices of the products on this WEB page are shown in Euros and are those that apply at the time of purchase.

Product prices may be subject to change at any time, but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and confirmation sent to the customer.

All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT at the rate in force at any time. Shipping costs are added per order at the time of purchase and the final total price will be informed before finalizing and accepting the purchase.

In deliveries made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and excise duties will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories, IGIC or IPSI, respectively. To place an order, the CUSTOMER must choose the products they consider by clicking on them, which will be saved in the "shopping cart".

Orders and payment confirmations received after 3:00 p.m. (local time) will be processed the next business day (working days from Monday to Friday, except for holidays marked on the official calendar).

THE COMPANY makes the following shipping methods available:

  • Standard:

    • Peninsula and Balearic Islands (1-5 business days): the delivery time for your order will be 1 to 5 full business days, counting from the date of placing the order and payment of the corresponding price. The cost of this standard shipping is free within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
    • Canary Islands (10-12 business days): the delivery time for your order will be 10 to 12 full business days, counting from the date of placing the order and payment of the corresponding price. The cost of this standard shipping is 15 Euros.
    • Ceuta and Melilla (10-12 business days): the delivery time for your order will be 10 to 12 full business days, count from the date of placing the order and payment of the corresponding price. The cost of this standard shipping is 15 Euros.
    • European Union and other countries (10-15 business days): the delivery time for your order will be from 10 to 15 days full working days, counting from the date of placing the order and payment of the corresponding price. The cost of this standard shipping will depend on the country and will be informed before making the purchase.

* Due to the high volume of orders in campaign periods, delivery times could be affected and may be delayed within the periods indicated above.

* In the case of orders that are made by customizing the products at the express request of the client, the delivery times may be subject to variations. , and no changes or returns will be accepted. You can read our CHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY in the POINT 8 of these CONDITIONS.

* In the event of circumstances arising from unforeseen or extraordinary effects (transport strikes, weather conditions, any other unforeseen cause of force majeure, etc.), delivery times may be subject to variations.

  • The shipping and return costs will only be refunded in the event that THE COMPANY has sent another product by mistake or the exchange or return is made due to defect or tare..

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • It is necessary for the CLIENT to notify their decision to withdraw from the contract, through an unequivocal statement and through the following means:

THE COMPANY offers its CUSTOMERS the guarantee established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

The guarantee regarding those damages caused by the use or improper use of the product is excluded.

All the descriptions, information and materials that appear on our WEB page are provided "as a true body". Due to the fact that the activity to which THE COMPANY is dedicated is the commercialization of jewelry, it is obliged and subject by Law 10/2020 of April 28, to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism .

This means that, among other obligations that are applicable to said condition, we must identify and keep a copy of the reliable identity document (DNI, Passport, etc.) of any CUSTOMER who makes a purchase equal to or greater than €1,000.00 in jewelry products. Thus, the CUSTOMER is aware of said legal obligation and undertakes to send to our request, a copy of said reliable identity document of the payer to comply with it, thus leaving the order retained in our logistics center until it is fulfilled. this requirement, and it can be canceled after a maximum period of 15 days from the request for the order, if the corresponding documentation is not presented.


THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify these CONDITIONS at any time.

The CLIENT will be subject to the CONDITIONS in force at the time they use the WEB page, therefore, the changes or modifications that are made will not affect the orders that were already in progress.


The use of the WEB page of THE COMPANY and the contracts for the purchase of products carried out through it, will be governed by Spanish legislation.

However, notwithstanding the foregoing, the CUSTOMER not resident in Spain, also enjoys the protection guaranteed by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where he has his habitual residence.
