Shipping destinations

We are currently shipping orders worldwide. At the moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is either a home or an office address. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times and costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

Impossibility of delivery

If delivery is not possible, we will try to find a safe place to drop off the package for you. If we can't find a safe place, your products will be sent back to our warehouse. We will leave you a message explaining where your package is and how to get it redelivered. If you are not at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery for another day.

Please note that the storage and shipping of your products may incur additional costs.

Impossibility of delivery due to force majeure

We are not responsible for any breach or delay in performing any obligation we may assume under contract that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

Causes of force majeure include all actions, events, lack of exercise, omissions or accidents that are beyond our control and specially include (without limitation) the following:

It will be understood that our obligation to perform under contract will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure Event continues and we will have an extension of the terms to fulfill our obligation for as long as that period lasts. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or find a solution that will allow us to meet our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

Product Review

Note that you assume the risk of the products you have ordered once the shipment is complete. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, it is your responsibility to examine the product and notify us of any complaints. In the event of faulty products or if they do not match your request, you have the option of returning the faulty product. We will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. With this in mind, GOLD & ROSES reserves the right to provide you with information regarding other products of the same quality and equal or superior value in the case there are difficulties with delivery or if your chosen products are out of stock. If you decide to not continue ahead with your order with these suggested replacement products, we will refund the amount you paid.

Order Refusal

GOLD & ROSES reserves the right to remove products from this website and / or to remove or change materials or content at any time. Although we do our best to always process all orders, in exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us to refuse to process an order after the order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time at our own discretion.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether said product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Service Availability

The products offered on this website are only available in the following member states of the European Union: Spain.

VAT

In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added on at the in force rate at the time of delivery.

With regard to sales to other member states of the European Union, deliveries are understood to be localized and taxed in accordance with the applicable distance selling rules in Spain if the recipient is a natural person and resident in another member state. If the recipient is an entrepreneur or a professional who makes the purchase in order to carry out his economic activity and presents a NIF VAT assigned by the tax authorities of another Member State, the delivery is deemed to have been made and taxed in the country of destination.

Deliveries for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Andorra would be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of the relevant taxes and duties in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Price and Taxes

The price of the products is the price set on our website at all times, except in the case of an obvious error. The price displayed on the GOLD & ROSES website corresponds to the final price. For VAT-exempt regions, the amount equivalent to VAT is discounted at the time you enter your shipping information and select a payment method. While we try to ensure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover a price error in the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel your order with the correct price. Credit card confirmation number

To ensure your own safety and to prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your card verification number (CVV) when paying by credit card. You can find the three-digit number on the back of your credit card. It is usually shown to the right of your credit card number.

Payment processing

The processing of payments is the sole responsibility of the bank. GOLD & ROSES does not have or store any data on your card.

Return Policy

Exchange

It is only possible to exchange an item within the first 15 days of receiving the item for another for an equal or greater amount that compensates for the price difference. Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, the amount of the purchases will only be refunded in the event of tare or damage, although it is carefully checked before an item is dispatched to avoid such circumstances.

If you want to change or return an item, you must send it to the address below, along with the original packaging. The parts must be sent in closed packaging, in perfect condition and separately (if there are several) without friction or damage and in the original packaging, as received, with a copy of the invoice.

The customer always bears the shipping costs. Due to the nature of the product, we recommend shipping through a courier company. Postage changes or returns of items will not be accepted.

It is not possible to make changes or returns to GOLD & ROSES outlets in El Corte Inglés or in a shop that sells our product.

Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days of receiving the item in accordance with the provisions in the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

For the formalization of the cancellation, the customer must send the product and its original packaging in perfect condition to GOLD & ROSES within the specified period and attach a message stating his willingness to withdraw from the contract, his data and those of the contract, its with the cancellation a return form may be requested stating that you wish to withdraw.

As soon as the return has been formally declared and the item has been returned with the original packaging, the price will be returned as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen calendar days after the return.

All payments received will be returned to you using the same payment method that the customer used for the first transaction.

Place of Jurisdiction

The parties waive their corresponding jurisdiction and expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain) to resolve any questions relating to the interpretation and performance of the contract.
